What's My Dream Job?

During the end-of-year internal survey, the leadership team identified a low employee retention score for the next two years. To address this, I proposed conducting a separate survey for the UX department that would allow respondents to share their definition of a dream job. This survey could potentially help us identify areas that we may have overlooked.

What & Why

 

Create a survey to understand what makes designers & researchers apply for a job.

This survey will help us to:

  • Determine what might help us get more applications

  • Improve employee retention

  • Identify cultural and regional approaches to employee retention & hire

Each studio (geographically) will share the survey outside of the company:

  • Entry-level designers & researchers

  • Mid-level designers & researchers

  • Expert-level designers & researchers

  • Management level designers & researchers
