What's My Dream Job?
During the end-of-year internal survey, the leadership team identified a low employee retention score for the next two years. To address this, I proposed conducting a separate survey for the UX department that would allow respondents to share their definition of a dream job. This survey could potentially help us identify areas that we may have overlooked.
